Our CCTV AMC Service ensures your surveillance system works 24×7 without interruption. With regular preventive maintenance, timely service, and emergency support, we help you maintain complete security at all times.

🔹 Scope of CCTV AMC

1. Preventive Maintenance

   • Quarterly/bi-annual inspection of cameras, DVR/NVR, power supplies, and cabling.

   • Cleaning of cameras & lenses for clear recording.

   • Checking recording quality, HDD health, and backup.

2. Corrective Maintenance

   • Repair/replacement of faulty components (material cost extra).

   • Checking and fixing loose connections, cabling faults, or power issues.

   • Remote/onsite troubleshooting support.

3. Emergency Support

   • Priority response for breakdown calls.

   • Technical assistance during urgent requirements.

🔹 Exclusions (Material Charges Extra)

• Replacement of cameras, DVR/NVR, hard disks, SMPS, cables, connectors, etc.

• Shifting or reinstallation of cameras at a new location.

• Physical damage, fire, water damage, or tampering.
